Seed and early‑stage commercialisation applies both to new companies and to the creation of new business divisions within established organisations.
I have direct experience commercialising Australian companies and technologies into the United States and South‑East Asia, including factory and operational set‑ups in Thailand and the establishment of new business divisions for companies domiciled in Australia and operating across South‑East Asia.

Over more than 35 years, I have restructured businesses across the agricultural, forestry, recycling, and software sectors, and facilitated a range of M&A transactions.
This includes:
- business restructures and turnarounds,
- mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions, and
- participation in Seed, Series A, and Series B capital raises within the technology sector.
