Jason Bresnehan leads Evahan, a strategic consultancy focused on commercial transformation, operational precision, and enterprise stability across Australia and Southeast Asia.

With over 30 years of executive and advisory leadership, Jason delivers results-driven consulting across functional disciplines: strategy, restructuring, operations, financial analysis, venture commercialization, and quality systems architecture. His clients operate in Tasmania, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Thailand, and include respected organizations such as Elphinstone, Delta Hydraulics, AJL Group, and Tasbuilt Homes.

Jason’s career began in chartered accounting with KPMG, before expanding into senior roles as CEO, COO, CFO, General Manager, Venture Capital Partner, Restructure Lead, Non-Executive Director, and Principal Consultant. His engagements span industries including:

Jason holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Tasmania and has served as a Senior Associate of the Australian Institute of Banking and Finance and a Certified Marketing Professional.
