Evahan recently assisted Tasbuilt Homes in preparing a comprehensive Expression of Interest (EOI) response for the turnkey design, supply, delivery, construction, and commissioning of a Construction Accommodation Village for 300 personnel, including support rooms, facilities, amenities, and services in a remote location.
Key Elements of the EOI Response:
- Statement of Financial Capacity: Demonstrated Tasbuilt Homes' capacity to perform its obligations under the contract. Provided financial statements covering the past two financial years, including the most recent interim period.
- Technical and Operational Capability: Detailed description of Tasbuilt Homes' technical and operational capabilities, including past experience with similar projects.
- Key Personnel: Information about the core team members and their expertise, with CVs provided for each key personnel.
- Subcontractors: Listed key subcontractors and their roles, along with their operational and technical capabilities.
- Materials: Highlighted that all materials will be sourced from large ISO-9001 certified suppliers to ensure quality and consistency.
- Experience in Similar Supply Arrangements: Highlighted three successful projects completed by Tasbuilt, each sharing similar characteristics with the project subject to the EOI request.

- Schedule of Rates: Detailed pricing schedule for the services to be provided, ensuring transparency and clarity in cost estimation.
- Key Personnel: Detailed information about the key personnel involved in the project, including their roles, years of industry experience, relevant experience, and commitment to the contract.
