On 2 July 2018, Jason Bresnehan successfully concluded the merger of two related party businesses within the John White Group of Companies. The merger aimed to enhance administrative processing efficiencies, particularly in statutory consumption tax processing, payroll, and superannuation. Additionally, it sought to improve operational efficiencies by better sharing resources, strengthen the merged balance sheet compared to the two separate group balance sheets, and consolidate the future income tax position.

Delta Hydraulics Pty Ltd: Headquartered in Devonport, Tasmania, Delta Hydraulics is a world-leading manufacturer and innovator of multi-stage telescopic cylinders, industrial single rod hydraulic cylinders, constant velocity telescopic cylinders, long stroke mast cylinders, annular ported double acting telescopic feed cylinders, and hydraulic manifolds. Established in 1975, Delta has a long history of product and manufacturing innovation, supplying hydraulic cylinders and related products to over 2,000 customers in more than 30 countries. Their clients span various industries, including transport, recycling & waste management, mining, power generation, agriculture, aquaculture, defence, construction, earthmoving, energy, food & beverage processing, forestry, oil & gas exploration, smelting & refining, materials handling, and shipbuilding. Notable clients include Caterpillar, Elphinstone, Komatsu, Bucher Municipal, Australian Submarine Corporation, Sandvik, Superior Pak, JJ Richards, Transmin, Nystar, Austal, and Rio Tinto.
Delta Hydraulics (Thailand) Ltd: Located in Ban Khai District, Rayong, Thailand, this subsidiary manufactures and supplies hydraulic cylinders and related components to Caterpillar's global underground mining divisions. They ship products to Thailand's underground mining and wheel loader and dump truck assembly lines, as well as spare parts to Caterpillar's global distribution centers in Singapore, the USA, and Melbourne. Outside of Caterpillar, Delta Thailand serves a blue-chip client base that includes Danieli, Elphinstone, Sandvik, and Trelleborg.
White Sands Estate: Situated on the East Coast of Tasmania, White Sands Estate was acquired from the related party company White Hot Industries Pty Ltd on 1 July 2018. This business includes White Sands Estate, a coastal resort featuring 27 two-bedroom villa units, a six-bedroom family house, a five-bedroom homestead, a restaurant, bar, cellar door, tasting room, tennis courts, an outdoor pool, a 32-hectare vineyard, a 30-seat cinema, and wedding and conference facilities. Additionally, it encompasses large undeveloped parcels of residential land with cliff-top views of the Tasman Sea.
IronHouse Brewery & Distillery: IronHouse is located within the White Sands Estate resort, this beverage manufacturing and distribution facility produces craft beers, wine, whiskey, gin, and brandy.
Manufacturing Software Pty Ltd: Based in Sydney, NSW, this company develops server and cloud-based ERP systems for manufacturers.
White Hot Motorsport: Located in Devonport, Tasmania, this is Australia's most successful Targa rallying team, having run Australian championship campaigns over 15 years with Nissan, Lamborghini, and Dodge Viper marques. The team has achieved seven Targa Tasmania outright wins.
Three Undisclosed Entities: These entities own and manage commercial and residential property assets on the Northwest Coast of Tasmania.
