Over the past quarter, Jason supported a manufacturing client in establishing a robust First Article Inspection (FAI) framework covering both incoming goods and internally manufactured components. This initiative formed a key part of the client’s compliance and quality assurance program for the production of fabrictaed and welded parts.
The engagement focused on two critical areas:
Jason led the development of a procedure that defines how the company validates externally sourced materials and components against engineering and design requirements specified by their customer. The framework aligns with international best practices, including the Aerospace Series – First Article Inspection Requirements, and includes:
Jason also contributed to the documentation outlining inspection steps for goods received into the facility from internal production. These steps include:

Check out Jason's personal website. Jason can also speak on topics that span business, community, and personal development—drawing from leadership experience across sectors and my own recovery journey.
A core theme in his talks is the power of cross-disciplinary insight: how ideas from leadership, management, organisational behaviour, psychology, neuroscience, mental health, and alcohol recovery can inform and enrich one another. Whether it’s applying the 12 Steps to team culture, or using neuroscience to understand emotional regulation in recovery, I explore the intersections where meaningful change happens.
I believe in the power of ideas to move people. For me, speaking isn’t just communication—it’s connection.
