Evahan Prepared a 5-Year Strategic Business Plan for Delta Hydraulics

Jason Bresnehan recently prepared a comprehensive five-year strategic business plan, inclusive of Information Memorandum elements, for Delta Hydraulics. This plan was developed to support Case IH, an American agricultural machinery manufacturer, during their due diligence and supplier verification process for Delta Hydraulics.

Delta Hydraulics, established in 1975, is renowned for their innovative manufacturing of multi-stage telescopic cylinders, industrial single rod hydraulic cylinders, constant velocity telescopic cylinders, long stroke mast cylinders, annular ported double-acting telescopic feed cylinders, and hydraulic manifolds.
