Evahan Assists Delta Hydraulics Recertify its ISO 9001 QMS

Evahan assisted Delta Hydraulics with the ISO 9001 recertification of its Quality Management System (QMS). Delta Hydraulics is a world leading manufacturer and innovator of multi-stage telescopic cylinders, industrial single rod hydraulic cylinders, constant velocity telescopic cylinders, long stroke mast cylinders, annular ported double acting telescopic feed cylinders and hydraulic manifolds.

Established in 1975, Delta has a long history of product and manufacturing innovation and has supplied hydraulic cylinders and related products to over 2,000 customers in more than 30 countries, across the industry segments of transport, waste management, mining, power generation, agriculture, aquaculture, defence, construction, earthmoving, energy, food & beverage processing, forestry, oil & gas exploration, smelting & refining, materials handling and ship building.

Delta's sophisticated in-house design, engineering and end-to-end manufacturing capability enables us to provide rapid and flexible design, engineering and manufacture and deliver quality product to our customers whether it is a one-off project or high production volume OEM product.

Evahan Managing Director and Principal Consultant, Jason Bresnehan, led Delta's senior management team through Evahan's propriety 27 Element QMS Framework to:

1. Undertake and Internal Audit of the company's "QMS as a Whole"
2. Close gaps identified as non-conformances from the Internal Audit
3. Attended Delta locations on the day of the external auditor assessment and assisted with responses to the external auditor where appropriate.

In conducting the Internal Audit of the QMS as a Whole the 27 Element QMS Framework consisting of over 150 analysis and action points checks was utilized.
