Oversee and Liaison Services to Successfully Finalise Complying 2019 FY Financial Audit

Jason acted a middleman to oversee Delta Thailand's internal accounting & finance team, liaise with their external CPA and the external auditor to shape up the management accounts and respond to the Auditor's queries, develop accounting and commercial solutions to resolve the issues raised and oversee the finalization of the audited financial statements and Audit Report for the 2019 Financial Year.

Project Outcomes and Value Added
Jason achieved the following outcomes for Delta Hydraulics Thailand.

  • Reviewed Management Accounts, down to the General Ledger level and project managed Delta Thailand's internal finance and accounting team to undertake required revisions
  • Responded to the external auditors' queries with additional information
  • Where required worked with the external auditor to resolve issues that arose and developed practical commercial and accounting solutions 
  • Reviewed the final audited financial statements audit reports and accompanying notes and made a recommendation to the Directors to sign-off on the Audit Report.
