On behalf of the Bresnehan Family Office, company, Coronea Pty Ltd, Jason Bresnehan:

  • Arranged the sale of 41.11 hectares of agricultural zoned parcel of land to Country Views Pty Ltd
  • Worked with KPMG to structure the sale proceeds to rely upon Section 160ZH(9) of the Income Tax Assessment Act, to minimize capital gains tax
  • Commenced planning for the re-zoning of the remaining parcel of land from rural zoning to residential zoning
