Evahan assisted Decrolux Lighting with the design, development, and deployment of a continuous improvement, non-conformance, and corrective action program.

Consultancy Services Provided:

  • Development of an overarching Continuous Improvement (CI) procedure.
  • Development of non-conformance and corrective action procedures, including quarantine area containment for non-conforming inwards goods, in-process goods, and outwards goods.
  • Creation of a physical CI & NC Board, the focal point of regular operations meetings.
  • Establishment of an Improvement Register.
  • Training of Operations team members on system usage, optimization, and real-life examples of local companies that achieved efficiencies and cost reductions through their CI and NC programs.
