Evahan's Project Management Services Propel Elphinstone to ISO 9001 Recertification

Evahan provided exceptional project management services to Elphinstone, aiding in the successful recertification of its ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) for its two Wynyard-based divisions. Elphinstone's Wynyard-based divisions include:

• The assembly of wiring harnesses for OEMs of underground mining equipment, such as Caterpillar, large agricultural chemical spray equipment OEMs, and its own surface and underground OEM division.
• The fabrication and manufacture of chassis hulls and turrets for the Huntsman AS9 military fighting combat vehicles and AS10 Huntsman ammunition resupply combat vehicles.

Jason conducted an internal audit of the QMS six weeks before the external assessment and worked with the Elphinstone Quality Management Team to implement the recommended changes. He was present during the two-day external audit and, alongside the Elphinstone Team, addressed the queries and discussions with the external auditors. Thanks to these efforts, the company was successfully recertified with no non-conformances.
