Facilitated an AI-Powered SWOT & Strategy Workshop with Tasbuilt Homes
Jason Bresnehan recently facilitated an AI-powered SWOT and strategy development workshop with the owners, directors and senior management team of Tasbuilt Homes.

Evahan assisted Decrolux Lighting with the design and implementation of its steel materials traceability system. This system is an important part of the company's quality management system (QMS) and addresses the traceability requirements for round, tapered, and hexagonal tapered poles, fasteners, footing plates, and reinforced bar footing cages.
Evahan collaborated with senior management to design and develop a steel supply matrix that analyzed all significant steel purchases by ranking engineering risk. This analysis considered contributing mitigation factors such as the soil profile and the quality of workmanship in footings preparation and concreting. The goal was to determine whether the engineering risk warranted specific traceability back to the heat certificates or "steel mill certificates."
"Heat certificates," also known as Mill Test Certificates (MTC) or Material Test Reports (MTR), are documents that verify the chemical and physical properties of a material. They are commonly used in industries like manufacturing, construction, and oil and gas to ensure quality control.
Here's what a typical Mill Test Certificate includes:
The certificate ensures that the material meets the required standards and provides transparency and traceability throughout the production process.
