Operational and Financial Leadership of White-Hot Industries

As the COO/CFO of a diverse group of businesses in resort management, beverage manufacturing, vineyard and commercial property, Jason led the operational and financial functions for the Group. He supported the Distillery Manager, Hotel Manager and Vineyard Manager.

The White Hot Industries Group includes:

White Sands Estate: Situated on the East Coast of Tasmania, White Sands Estate was acquired from the related party company White Hot Industries Pty Ltd on 1 July 2018. This business includes White Sands Estate, a coastal resort featuring 27 two-bedroom villa units, a six-bedroom family house, a five-bedroom homestead, a restaurant, bar, cellar door, tasting room, tennis courts, an outdoor pool, a 32-hectare vineyard, a 30-seat cinema, and wedding and conference facilities. Additionally, it encompasses large undeveloped parcels of residential land with cliff-top views of the Tasman Sea.

IronHouse Brewery & Distillery: IronHouse is located within the White Sands Estate resort, this beverage manufacturing and distribution facility produces craft beers, wine, whiskey, gin, and brandy.

The CEO relied on Jason's diverse skills in strategy, marketing, quality management systems, finance, accounting, law, taxation, compliance, deal structuring, human resources and critical thinking to tackle difficult or complex problems effectively.
