On behalf of the Bresnehan Family Office, Jason Bresnehan

  • Established a new discretionary family trust with long term asset protections built into the entity structuring
  • Facilitated the purchase of a 131 residential hectare land banking asset on the banks of the South Esk River in Hadspen, Tasmania, 12 minutes drive west of the City of Launceston
  • Commenced planning for the sale of a minimum primary production lot size of a 40.46 hectares (100 acres)

Project Outcomes
The Bresnehan Family Office achieved the following outcomes:
