Evahan Assists Tasbuilt Homes Gain ISO 9001 Certification of Its QMS

Evahan assisted Tasbuilt Homes with the inaugural ISO 9001 Certification of its Quality Management System (QMS).

Tasbuilt is a manufacturer of modular pre-fabricated:

Residential homes
Commercial buildings

The homes and commercial buildings are manufactured in road transportable modules not exceeding 17 metres long and 6.0 metres wide. The smallest module is approximately 6 metres long x 3 metres wide.

The building, planning and regulatory code compliant buildings, whether residential or commercial, are manufactured onsite, at Tasbuilt’s facility, and road transported to the Client’s site where they are fixed to building, planning and regulatory code compliant site footings with complaint access, earthworks, and services.

Via a related entity, Tasbuilt Hire Pty Ltd, the Tasbuilt Group also hire out on a short-medium term basis transportable modular commercial buildings manufactured by Tasbuilt Homes Pty Ltd. The commercial buildings include, site offices, ablution blocks, changerooms and crib rooms.

Evahan Managing Director and Principal Consultant, Jason Bresnehan, led Tasbuilt's senior management team through Evahan's propriety 27 Element QMS Framework to:

Design, develop, document, implement and evaluate its QMS
Prepare the company for the inaugural ISO 9001 Certification of its QMS
Implement of a program of QMS continual improvement

The 27 Element QMS Framework consisting of over 150 analysis and action points checks was applied for:

Scoping - assess and investigate the size of the project and provide a fixed price services fee proposal setting out Evahan's approach
Gap Analysis - analyze existing working flow, quality systems and quality gates so that they could be leveraged to avoid "reinventing the wheel" and reduce project costs by focusing on closing the gaps and making value-adding improvements
DDDECCI - Design, Development, Documentation, Evaluation, Certification management and Continuous Improvement activities

Inaugural ISO 9001:2015 Certification of its Quality Management System
A precise and clear QMS language and nomenclature creating work environment efficiencies, enhancing communication, team member collaboration and critical thinking
