5. Cashflow and Profit and Loss Projections for the next three years
6. SWOT Analysis with a particular emphasis on significant short to medium-term threats and opportunities.
7. Valuation Updates: Valuation updates of any real property where they were requested by the bank, because the current valuations on file were more than three years old
8. Suitability of Current Debt Facilities: Showed interest and P&I coverage calculations for the last financial year and projected for the next three years
9. High-Potential Opportunities: Made reference to "pie in the sky" opportunities that could potentially yield significant returns.
