Jason Bresnehan collaborated with Stromen, a manufacturer of HDPE stormwater pipe and slotted ag drainage pipe, to develop and refine a variety of management and control documents. These included policies, procedures, work instructions, templates, manuals, and checklists that support the company's ISO 9001 quality management system.

The management and control documents encompass all key functional areas of the business, including:

  • Determining customer requirements
  • Procurement, inwards goods, and inventory control of materials and consumables
  • Manufacturing and batch scheduling
  • Engineering drawing design control
  • People skill, competencies and license controls
  • Calibration and equipment maintenance control
  • Materials traceability
  • Improvement control, including non-conformance management, the development of corrective and preventative actions, and continuous improvements
  • Outwards goods and warranty

The quality manual heads the document hierarchy, followed by policies, overarching procedures, and detailed procedural documents such as SOPs, work instructions, templates, checklists, and forms.
